  12.         * All disabled features have been restored!  Once again the 
  13.         MSI Menu System is being distributed as a complete program, 
  14.         including the Menu Editor lock, individual menu item password 
  15.         protection and the full range of menu item "Selects:" options.  
  16.  
  17.         Since disabling these features did not affect registrations, I 
  18.         decided to restore them even though the program is still not 
  19.         supporting itself.  I don't know that this will have an effect 
  20.         either, but I do feel better about offering a complete 
  21.         program.

  23.         * A reported bug in the time display has been fixed.  This was 
  24.         causing the times between 12 noon and 12:59 to incorrectly 
  25.         display as AM.
  26.  
  27.         * An unreported bug that affected the location of the time and 
  28.         date display when the background color was changed has been 
  29.         fixed. 
  30.  
  31.         * A bug that was prematurely removing the "Press F3 again to 
  32.         end Move" prompt in the Menu Editor has been fixed.

  34.       ! * A new command allows you to customize the menus' backdrop 
  35.         screen with your name or the name of your company.  You will 
  36.         automatically be prompted for a name when you first run this 
  37.         new version.  Afterward, press ALT-U inside the Menu Editor 
  38.         to change the name.

  40.       ! * A number of changes have been made to allow MSI to load 
  41.         faster.  This reduces the amount of time used in getting back 
  42.         to your menus after using an 'Action' item.
  43.  
  44.         * Several changes have occurred in the SUPPORT.MSI file, 
  45.         including the addition of new Regional Support and 
  46.         Distribution BBS's. 
  47.  
  48.         * A new dedicated support conference is now available on the 
  49.         international computer network, NANet.  Many thanks to Nick 
  50.         Hartz, Sysop of the newest Regional Support BBS, The Hartz 
  51.         Foundation, in St. Peters, MO., for proposing and then getting 
  52.         approval for the conference.

  54.         * I've added two new files; POLICY.MSI which includes my 
  55.         support, pricing and upgrade policies and VENDOR.DOC which 
  56.         includes important distribution information for vendors.
